Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including receiving and paying invoices, generating purchase orders, and assisting with payroll and HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and paying invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Generating purchase orders and managing inventory
  • Assisting with payroll and HR activities, including onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Liaising with accountants and HR personnel as needed
  • Managing PTO, tracking inventory, and scheduling production
  • Performing general office maintenance and administrative tasks
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in an office management or business operations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with spreadsheet computer applications
