Operations Manager Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations. This position requires a diverse range of abilities and expertise, including strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple functions to support the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, oversee the recruitment and selection process, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and oversee performance management and employee development programs.
  • Payroll Management: Supervise the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages, ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, manage payroll records and reports, and address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment, manage facility-related budgets and expenditures, coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and improvements, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Clerical Management: Communicate and explain new directives and policies or procedures to staff, answer phone calls and emails from clients, schedule appointments, and respond to questions about procedures, develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures, plan and oversee all repair and installation activities, and manage and maintain the clerical, clinical, and billing filing systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time, on-site position.
  • Office environment with occasional travel to company facilities.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk.
