Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and scheduling appointments.
* Create and maintain various office records, including work tickets and accrual work sheets for invoices.
* Perform basic accounting functions, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, maintaining branch checkbook and petty cash.
* Prepare various monthly reports, including the branch checkbook log, petty cash book log, company credit card receipts, and inspection reports to fire officials.
* Track all permits for service jobs, including preparing them for submittal to the appropriate city.
* Order and monitor inventory of office supplies and material/equipment for field personnel.
* Process and create purchase orders.
* Create, update, and distribute various reports, including the operations report, manpower report, and backflow report.
* Prepare and send weekly payroll report information.
* Collaborate with the corporate office Safety Department on Tool Box Talks for all field employees - track and collect all needed information to hand over.
* Responsible for CIP and WIP processes.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED is required.
* 3+ years of administrative experience is required.
* Construction industry experience is a plus.
* Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications is required.
