About the Role
iCapital, a leading financial technology platform, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead its Total Rewards and Benefits function. As a key member of the Human Resources team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports the growth and well-being of its employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a global compensation and benefits strategy that is competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of compensation and benefits, including base salary, incentive compensation, equity administration, and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits program that includes health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs.
- Manage the annual open enrollment process and develop and implement enrollment campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Partner with external vendors to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Manage a team of professionals responsible for compensation and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with 7+ years of global experience.
- Deep knowledge of benefits programs, leave policies, and related benefits law.
- Experience building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and levels in a rapidly changing organization.
- Strong understanding of external marketplace and dynamics influencing business and stay abreast of trends and changes in the regulatory environment.
- Intermediate or advanced experience using Microsoft Office, with a priority on Excel skills and proficiency in HRIS, compensation, benefits, payroll, and 401k systems.
- Experience with end-to-end management and reporting of employee data and ensuring data integrity across HRIS systems and manual spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to travel to company offices as needed.

- A competitive salary range of $225,000 to $250,000.
