Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, documenting inventory movements, and reconciling inventory counts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
  • Manage inventory storage and organization, including labeling and tracking of items.
  • Assist with order processing and fulfillment, including packaging and shipping of orders.
  • Perform periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy of inventory counts.
  • Ensure store-to-store transfers are completed successfully.
  • Assist with various office tasks, such as answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience with administrative support or inventory management preferred.
