Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, documenting inventory movements, and reconciling inventory counts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
- Manage inventory storage and organization, including labeling and tracking of items.
- Assist with order processing and fulfillment, including packaging and shipping of orders.
- Perform periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy of inventory counts.
- Ensure store-to-store transfers are completed successfully.
- Assist with various office tasks, such as answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with administrative support or inventory management preferred.
