Position Overview:

As a key member of our Facilities team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth within the Facilities category. This includes a diverse range of solutions such as Breakroom, Restroom, Cleaning, and MRO Industrial products designed to help companies maintain smooth operations and create a comfortable work environment.

Your contributions will ensure our clients have everything they need to thrive and succeed in their business endeavors.

Essential Functions:
1. Promote Brand Promise and Core Values within the organization.
2. Responsible for coaching and personal development of Account Executives in the Facilities category.
3. Responsible for driving Facility Supply/Janitorial Supply sales and gross margin.

4. Work directly with Account Executives both in the office and in the field to capture new accounts in this product category.
5. Conduct site surveys with customers to determine their needs and provide tailored solutions.

6. Responsible for hitting measurables as defined by the Manager of Facilities Solutions and working closely with the internal Facilities support team.
7. Develop and execute a plan to maximize personal time in the field, with a special emphasis on driving revenue and gross margin.

8. Participate in and help to coordinate trade shows, customer events, and vendor fairs to showcase our products and services.
9. May need to assist with customer site installs and any trouble shooting that is needed.

10. Accountable for driving sales results and managing a pipeline of opportunities in CRM. Submit detailed weekly reports to the CSO on activity, issues, and opportunities.

Minimal Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
2. 3-5 years facility supply industry experience.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Facility Supplies/Janitorial Supplies, key manufacturers, and competitive environment.
4. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team environment.
5. Proven ability to effectively select, train, manage, and develop a diverse sales team.
6. Ability to manage complex customer relationships and highly-competitive selling environments.
