Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Communications Strategist to lead our leadership engagement efforts. As the Senior Manager of Leadership Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to engage Takeda's top senior leaders across divisions. This includes planning the annual in-person Takeda Leadership Conference, creating and delivering events and communications that engage Takeda's top 250 leaders, and managing and delivering regular business updates for leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute annual internal leadership conference
  • Create and deliver events and communications that engage Takeda's top 250 leaders
  • Manage and deliver regular business updates for leaders

About You:
  • Hands-on experience leading and planning high-profile events and leader presentations
  • A high level of comfort with comms analytics and ability to extract insights for strategy creation
  • Proven self-starter who continually looks for new opportunities to maximize impact and improve outcomes without specific direction

What We Offer:
  • Estimated salary range: $133,000.00 - $209,000.00
  • U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives
  • U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match
