**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supply Chain Strategist to join our Global Clinical Supply Chain team at Biogen. This is a pivotal role that requires a strong understanding of clinical supply chain management and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end clinical supply chain management for multiple assets within a therapeutic area, ensuring continuous supply and risk mitigation. You will also develop and manage supply plans, including short-term and long-term strategies, while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical supply chain management for up to 10 assets within a therapeutic area.
  • Develop and manage supply plans, including short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Oversee label development, clinical pharmacy services, and clinical site services.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a team of supply chain professionals.
  • Manage the annual budget and resource allocation for the therapeutic area.
  • Establish and drive a Center of Excellence model.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Global Supply Chain and organizational vision.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated people management and cross-functional project management experience.
  • Experience in a global and regulated environment.
  • Expertise in financial planning and budget management.
  • Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
  • Excellent team player with a proven ability to develop strong organizational networks.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to attain stakeholder buy-in.

Salary Range:$160,000 - $220,000 per annum

This is a hybrid role that can be based either at our offices in RTP, NC or Cambridge, MA. The salary range provided is an estimate and may vary based on location and other factors.
