About the Role

Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead strategic initiatives in outreach programs and events, driving innovation-driven entrepreneurship at a university in Greater Boston.

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be up to $32 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description

This position will drive the design, implementation, and oversight of outreach programs that align with the university's mission. Responsibilities include planning and executing special events, building relationships with internal and external organizations, and evaluating the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to advance innovation-driven entrepreneurship through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Oversee a portfolio of initiatives focused on creating measurable impact, including program design, event planning, and relationship-building.
  • Plan and execute a variety of special events to engage collaborators and promote entrepreneurial growth on campus and globally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external organizations, corporate partners, and strategic collaborators to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and events, implementing enhancements to improve outcomes.
