Nofar Group of Hotels is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Representative for our upcoming hotel renovations.


The Guest Services Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping regarding room availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Review guest arrivals for special requests and manage room assignments as necessary.
  • Check guests in and out in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Respond to phone inquiries promptly, providing accurate information.
  • Handle online and telephone reservations efficiently.
  • Complete all tasks in the designated (AM, PM, Overnight) checklist by the end of each shift.
  • Maintain composure under pressure, especially during peak check-in and check-out times.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
  • Inform guests about payment options and verify credit card details.
  • Register guests, collecting necessary information for their stay.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms accordingly.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, available rooms, and rates.
  • Address guest complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure room cleanliness and readiness.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Confirm group bookings and tailor services to meet guest needs.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures consistently.
  • Stay informed about local attractions and dining options to assist guests.
  • Ensure reliable transportation for work-related duties.

  • Ability to resolve guest-related issues within authority limits.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services.
  • Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping regarding checkouts and special requests.
  • Report any unusual incidents or requests to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
