As a Front Desk Associate, you will be trained to excel in various front office roles at Michigan State University. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting guests with their luggage and providing directions
  • Answering phone inquiries, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring precise guest folios and transaction processing at the front desk
  • Facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs while addressing various service needs
  • Leaving guests with a memorable and positive experience at Michigan State University

Essential Qualifications
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding service to all guests
