Talent Acquisition Specialist

Four Hands is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, exceeding hiring expectations by filling open positions with qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the recruiting strategy for our internal teams, including technology, customer service, supply chain, planning, and product development.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings with hiring managers to gain understanding of open requisitions and define the hiring strategy.
  • Partner and lead weekly meetings with hiring managers to ensure that Talent Acquisition maintains an ongoing understanding of current and future hiring needs to drive recruiting efforts to support them.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
  • Guide candidate through the full cycle recruitment process: interviews, offers, negotiation, and acceptance.
  • Work alongside hiring teams with the creation of job descriptions across designated departments.
  • Update and maintain data integrity in our internal Applicant Tracking System (Pinpoint) to consistently ensure accurate data and reporting.
  • Stay abreast of current recruiting trends, best practices, and sources to find top talent.
  • Develop and maintain networks of both active and passive candidates.
  • Monitor job boards, career postings, internet employment resources, and employee referrals.
  • Support and attend job/career fairs to help generate qualified applicants.
  • Support the employee onboarding process including first day communication as needed.
  • Manage various side projects that help elevate the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external hiring laws and regulations.

This position requires onsite presence; no full remote option.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of experience full-cycle recruiting; staffing experience a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruiting setting and ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with potential new hires in person.
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting.
