Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a full-cycle recruitment process in a high-volume environment.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed hiring criteria.
  • Implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the company's needs.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes through thorough screening processes.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attend and participate in local job fairs and virtual recruiting sessions as needed.
Requirements
  • Established experience in staffing in a high-volume recruitment environment with a focus on hourly, non-exempt workers.
  • Preferred work experience in a multi-unit organization.
  • Ability to understand human resources and applicant tracking software systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with digital sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three (3) years' human resources-industry experience preferred, with at least one (1) year in recruiting.
