Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team at Dialpad. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting employees' needs, collaborating with leaders to implement effective talent strategies, and ensuring employees have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the right talent is hired to drive business success.
- Employee Experience: Foster a high-performing and engaged workforce by providing exceptional HR guidance, support, and resources to employees and managers.
- Performance Management: Work closely with managers to develop and implement performance management processes, ensuring employees receive the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
- HR Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business success, including training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management, and employee relations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers, and a strong analytical mind.
