About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Boostlingo. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent to support our rapid growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sources and attracts active and passive candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Develops and implements innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent, leveraging a variety of sourcing methods.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, establish job requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Promotes Boostlingo as an employer of choice by creating compelling job descriptions, managing employer branding initiatives, and representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluates recruiting tools and strategies with the goal of improving the recruitment process to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must have experience working in Greenhouse Recruiting and Greenhouse Onboarding.
  • 2-4 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting. Experience in technical recruiting a strong benefit.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a high-growth tech startup environment.
