Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Boostlingo. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent to support our rapid growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities- Source and attract active and passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent, leveraging a variety of sourcing methods.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage with candidates to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure that we are providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, establish job requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Promote Boostlingo as an employer of choice by creating compelling job descriptions, managing employer branding initiatives, and representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate recruiting tools and strategies to improve the recruitment process and enhance efficiency.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring activity, candidate pipeline, and other relevant metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have experience working in Greenhouse Recruiting and Greenhouse Onboarding.
- 2-4 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth tech startup environment.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with strong sourcing skills and experience using a variety of proactive strategies and recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Greenhouse super user, with strong knowledge in both backend and candidate workflow.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and a stellar can-do attitude.
