We are in search of a skilled, committed, and proactive professional in continuing healthcare education to fill the role of Project Manager. This position involves supporting the planning and execution of various projects and daily functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational elements of projects, including project management, editorial, and creative processes, along with meeting facilitation and documentation.
  • Assist in communication and management of submissions while tracking project deliverables through both internal and external resources, including Medical, Editorial, Creative, Marketing, Production, and Operations.
  • Develop and monitor project timelines.
  • Conduct data entry and manage a content management system (CMS).
  • Support live and virtual meeting requirements, including contact with key opinion leaders, meeting setup, materials preparation, and event hosting.
  • Schedule and facilitate internal project-specific meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience collaborating directly with medical professionals in program or event management.
  • Thorough knowledge and skills across various media channels (print, digital, and social media), with the ability to apply advanced project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to enhance marketing and advertising execution.
  • Proficient computer skills, including a high level of competency with software such as Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Prior experience with project management systems like Open-air or Asana is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to build and maintain effective relationships to earn trust and respect.
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
