Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage general correspondence including emails, phone calls, and deliveries; respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate meetings by scheduling, arranging room setups, and managing catering requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Oversee office supplies and refreshments, ensuring all common areas and meeting rooms are well-maintained and stocked.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with building maintenance services.
