Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Overseeing daily operational aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
  • Facilitating communication and managing submissions, while tracking project deliverables across multiple departments including Medical, Editorial, Creative, Marketing, Production, and Operations.
  • Creating and monitoring project timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Performing data entry and managing content within our content management system (CMS).
  • Supporting both live and virtual meetings, including coordinating with key opinion leaders (KOLs), setting up meetings, preparing materials, and hosting events.
  • Scheduling and conducting internal project-specific meetings as necessary.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience collaborating directly with healthcare professionals in program or event management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of multi-channel media (print, digital, and social media) and the ability to apply advanced project management methodologies to enhance marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Open-air or Asana is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
