We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join our team at Loma Linda University Medical Center. As a key member of our finance team, this individual will play a vital role in providing comprehensive financial support and management for all accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to maintain up-to-date financial and accounting data, attend weekly and monthly financial meetings, and prepare weekly check requests and payment vouchers.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree and three years of financial/accounting experience, or five years of relevant experience without an Associate's Degree. Proficiency in using personal computers, Microsoft Office software, and Quicken financial software is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills, are essential for this role.

The Financial Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing support to leadership as needed. The individual must be detail-oriented, have a clear understanding of accounting and math principles, and be able to make sound decisions. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong understanding of the chain of command.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement plan and paid time off. Job Requirements:
