Business Development Executive

A career opportunity has arisen at Abbott Laboratories for a Business Development Executive to join our Cardiometabolic Sales team in Kansas City, MO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining business relationships with clients, and implementing sales, marketing, and national account programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and capitalize on them through strategic planning and execution.

- Implement sales, marketing, and national account programs to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Life Science.
- At least 6 years of experience in medical diagnostics or business-to-business sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to execute sales strategies and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Contract negotiation experience.
- Complex or strategic selling background.
- Balancing multiple stakeholders.
