Job Summary:
A highly motivated Business Development Specialist is sought by UGI Utilities to drive revenue growth and expand our commercial propane business in assigned territories. With a proven track record of sales success, this individual will prospect, qualify, and close new customers while retaining existing accounts.

About the Role:
This key position plays a critical role in meeting and exceeding sales targets within our geographic area. The successful candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, ability to establish strong relationships with clients, and an entrepreneurial mindset to maximize business growth from their territory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and develop internal and external relationships to present sales proposals and build client accounts
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the specific geographic area to maintain high-level effective sales call activity and increase productivity
• Network with decision-makers in targeted client organizations to lead them to our solution
• Protect us from competitive threats, maintaining and sharing excellent competitive intelligence
• Prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective customers

Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of sales success and goal attainment
• Commercial/industrial sales experience preferred

What We Offer:
The successful candidate can expect a $85,000-$110,000 salary, commensurate with experience, plus commission, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.
