Front Desk Representative Job Description

At Technique Gymnastics, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their experience with our gym.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet Clients and Visitors: Provide a friendly and professional greeting to all clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our gym.
  • Answer Phone Calls and Emails: Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist with Membership Inquiries: Help clients with membership-related inquiries, including sign-ups and renewals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Schedule Appointments: Manage our gym's calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring that clients are aware of their scheduled times.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Front Desk: Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and well-maintained, reflecting positively on our gym's image.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with our team members to ensure a cohesive and positive client experience, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients and team members on a daily basis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to Multitask and Prioritize Tasks: The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial for this role, as you will be handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
