Position Overview
Utility Pipeline Ltd. is currently in search of a Client Relations Specialist for our Hillsboro, OH office. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their gas account inquiries and resolving issues through effective solutions and clear communication. We seek a reliable, quick-learning team player who possesses strong attention to detail. This is a full-time role that includes a range of benefits. Previous experience in the Utilities sector is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer gas payments through the banking system.
- Provide clients with information regarding Natural Gas services, process orders, manage account cancellations, and address complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a friendly and supportive attitude.
- Identify and prioritize service-related issues within the operational area.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to update them on the status of their inquiries or service requests.
- Confirm that necessary actions have been taken to resolve customer issues.
- Refer unresolved matters to the appropriate departments for further resolution.
- Handle applications, cancellations, adjustments, requests, fees, invoices, and related documentation.
- Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with field technicians and the customer service management team.
- Batch, total, and scan checks received by the office.
- Utilize mapping tools to assist potential new clients.
- Process utility assistance paperwork approvals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
