Position Summary:
The primary role of the Commercial Client Retention Specialist is to enhance commercial revenue by minimizing churn rates among business clients. This is achieved by identifying customers who should be under contract or those whose contracts are nearing expiration, prioritizing efforts based on potential return on investment. Responsibilities include conducting customer visits and making outbound calls to secure signed renewals. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue Business Solutions opportunities for clients not currently under contract or those with expiring contracts.
  • Provide customer support for business clients, including account maintenance, renewals, and contract status updates.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of ongoing marketing initiatives, products, and services, effectively communicating these to clients.
  • Report sales activities, outcomes, and other relevant information as requested by management.
  • Clearly convey product and service details, billing processes, and equipment usage to customers.
  • Monitor and manage overdue accounts.
  • Engage with customers seeking to disconnect, downgrade, or modify services, assessing their needs in relation to Vyve offerings.
  • Maintain regular communication with the management team.
  • Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage and develop customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve profit center objectives.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation, with a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain organized, prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, and ensure follow-through.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated urgency in resolving customer issues and closing sales.
  • Capability to understand, communicate, and educate clients on the features and benefits of Vyve services.
  • Regular office work environment, interacting with colleagues and utilizing computer systems.
  • Willingness to operate a personal vehicle for business purposes.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is strongly preferred.
Experience: Previous sales or wireless experience is necessary; office experience is a plus.
