Position Overview
The Client Relations Coordinator will deliver administrative assistance to the Sales team by ensuring outstanding customer service and support to clients. This role will aid Account Managers with various reporting, documentation, and analytical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Key Accounts by participating in board meetings, managing incoming meeting requests, and supporting projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support to Sales and key accounts: process New Group Case Reports and distribute renewals, Experience Reports, Schedule A's, Sales Reports, Performance Guarantees, packet requests, etc.
- Organize and engage in benefit fairs/open enrollment presentations.
- Develop strong working relationships with brokers. Appoint brokers and manage appointments through the appropriate State Insurance Office.
- Update Dynamics CRM and maintain essential documentation. Analyze account information and offer suggestions and recommendations as necessary.
- Address various group challenges that arise while balancing advocacy for both the Company and the account.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and three years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or sales; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that will enable the individual to perform the essential functions of the position. Experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations
- Must possess a valid driver's license for operating a motor vehicle in Oregon, Washington, and/or Idaho and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Must hold a State insurance license in good standing in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, or obtain licensure immediately following employment.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM Database Management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Competencies:
- Critical thinking and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Abilities:
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Manage numerous diverse projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel overnight and work extended hours during critical periods, as needed.
Physical Requirements:
The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping, and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks. This position may be eligible for a Hybrid work schedule.
