Position Overview:
This is a Remote Temp to Hire Position. The Client Relations Coordinator will deliver administrative assistance to the Sales team by ensuring outstanding customer service and support to clients.

The Client Relations Coordinator will collaborate with Account Managers on various reporting, documentation, and analytical tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Major Accounts by participating in board meetings, managing incoming meeting requests, and assisting with projects as necessary.

Administrative Support for Sales and Key Accounts:

Process New Group Case Reports and distribute renewals, Experience Reports, Schedule A's, Sales Reports, Performance Guarantees, packet requests, etc.

  • Coordinate and engage in benefit fairs/open enrollment presentations.
  • Develop strong working relationships with brokers. Appoint brokers and manage appointments through the appropriate State Insurance Office.
  • Update Dynamics CRM and maintain essential documentation. Analyze account information and provide suggestions and recommendations as necessary.

Address various group challenges that arise while balancing advocacy for both the Company and the account.


Additional Responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and three years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or sales.
  • Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience that enables the performance of essential functions.
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for operating a motor vehicle in Oregon, Washington, and/or Idaho with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must hold a State insurance license in good standing in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, or obtain one immediately following employment.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM Database Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

Abilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Direct internal and external inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain high attention to detail across several concurrent projects and timelines.
  • Understand the alignment of business needs with sales and communication requirements.
  • Work effectively and independently within a diverse, multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Utilize logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities as required.
  • Handle numerous diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and work extended hours during critical periods, as needed.

Company Overview:

The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping, and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks. This position may be eligible for a Hybrid work schedule.
