Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Norton Children's Medical Group. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, responding to patient inquiries and providing information about our services.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collect and update patient registration and insurance information, ensuring compliance with billing and coding requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a medical office setting a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus, but not required.
