Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

At Transloop Logistics, we're revolutionizing the logistics industry with cutting-edge technology and white-glove service. We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help us deliver unparalleled transparency, industry-leading reliability, and real-time collaboration with every shipment.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll take ownership of building and maintaining relationships with our shipper partners, selling our technology platform and truck capacity to new and existing customers. You'll be responsible for negotiating pricing, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring seamless execution of daily shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the Transloop technology platform and truck capacity to new and existing shipping partners
  • Build long-term partnerships with shippers and carriers
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with shippers and carriers
  • Identify opportunities to improve our offering, value proposition, and sales cadence
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure alignment and success of new accounts
  • Manage daily shipments, resolving issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in managing high-volume, multi-faceted accounts
  • Strong writing and speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to work with the latest technologies and provide exceptional customer service
