Enterprise Management Internship Overview

Are you looking to gain valuable business and leadership skills? Our Management Internship Program is designed to help you build a strong foundation in management and develop the skills you need to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.

As a Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. You will also have the chance to engage in friendly competition with your peers and be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales
* Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with coworkers to achieve business objectives
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years old
* Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university
* Must have 6 months of sales (business to business, commission based or quota based) or customer service or marketing or management experience
* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Commitment:

* 10-12 week commitment
* Availability to start from the 1st day of training in May
