About the Role

As a Specialized Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in guiding new customers on a journey to leave legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud. You'll develop and drive the overall short-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives, and build and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners, focusing on deal management and connecting customer needs with specific specialized products Workday solutions.
  • Work with Workday AEs to identify potential Workday solution sales for existing specialized products customers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions to C-levels in a field sales position. You'll have a proven track record of managing 2-3 month sales cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities, and developing deep product expertise on new products and staying up to date with industry trends.
