Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Arkansas Quality Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and responding to emails appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, families, and staff
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, take and distribute phone messages, and process job applications and inquiries
  3. Conduct clerical and administrative duties, including filing, preparing business documents, making photocopies, scanning, and faxing documents
  4. Maintain the office calendar, prepare and send outgoing mailings and packages, and schedule meetings and conferences
  5. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  6. Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Requirements
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, keyboarding, email, and internet use
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Associate degree preferred, but not required
  • 2 years' administrative experience

Criminal and Central Registry Background checks will be required.
