**Join Our Team**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Community Memorial Health System. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to our Family Health Center teams in both clinical and administrative areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive experience for patients and families.
  • Assist with patient flow, including accompanying patients to exam rooms and collecting specimens.
  • Complete clerical tasks, such as sending and receiving patient medical records and scheduling appointments.
  • Meet environmental responsibilities by setting up instruments and equipment, cleaning exam rooms, and restocking supplies.
  • Fulfill clinical medical assisting responsibilities, including checking vital signs and preparing physical examinations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service attitude.
  • Preferred: experience working as a MOA or MA, certified as a Medical Assistant or CNA.
