About the Role

As a Senior Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living and providing nursing care. This role involves performing and documenting rounds of patients receiving medical or psychiatric care, reporting changes in patient's conditions to the Registered Nurse (RN), and obtaining specimens for diagnostic testing.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide nursing care, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Perform and document patient rounds, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Report any changes in patient condition to the RN, facilitating prompt interventions.
  • Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing, adhering to proper protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
  • CNA Certificate or State License.
  • BLS certification.
Working Conditions

This is a contract/travel position requiring a 5:45A-2:15P schedule. The estimated salary for this role is $43,184 - $55,456 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and travel rate.
