Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Accounting to join our team at SeaGate Plastics.

This role will provide administrative support to our accounting department, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating financial records and generating reports.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, such as invoices and payment receipts.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, email, or mail.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
