Certified Medicine Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Certified Medicine Aide to join our team at Oak Grove Center. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our patients.

**Responsibilities:
• Administer routine and PRN medications to patients as prescribed by physicians, documenting administration per policy.
• Maintain medication supplies, clean and restock medicine carts and rooms.
• Notify pharmacies of new medication orders and refills.
• Perform accurate vital sign monitoring when indicated by drug therapy.
**Requirements:
• Successful completion of a state-approved medication aide training course.
• Completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant training program.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with one year of experience as a CNA.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for patient safety and well-being.
