The Domestic Operations Department is expanding its team and is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will oversee the complete sample packaging and shipping process for our organization. Your responsibilities will include engaging with social media influencers to fulfill sample requests and addressing customer inquiries through email and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble sample packages with products and utilize a hand truck for transportation.
  • Coordinate shipment schedules and deliveries for samples.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries via email and social media channels.
  • Perform general data entry tasks within our ERP system.
  • Facilitate the distribution of samples to social media influencers.
  • Address customer inquiries through email and social media.
  • Participate in team-based order fulfillment planning and inventory management.
  • Troubleshoot any operational issues that arise.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing 25-50 lbs, including in cold storage environments.
  • Demonstrated authenticity and accountability.
  • Proactive customer service approach, ensuring all communications are addressed promptly.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills quickly.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage a high volume of tasks across multiple software platforms.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and quick adaptability.
  • Capacity to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience is required.
  • A.A. degree is mandatory; a four-year degree is preferred.

During your onboarding, you will shadow a member of the Domestic Operations team, gradually taking on responsibilities for sample orders. Our small team is dynamic and productive, ensuring a stimulating work environment. Training will be provided to equip you for success in this collaborative role.

Experience in the domestic logistics sector, particularly with LTL & FTL frozen shipping and cold storage, is essential. Familiarity with computer systems and data entry, including Microsoft Office, is required. You should be comfortable handling frozen food products, including those with allergens. The ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs is necessary.
