We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Coordinator to join our team at With a Little Help. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with new and existing referral sources
  • Conduct new client inquiry calls and determine if they are a good fit for our services
  • Develop leads, conduct initial in-home assessments, and sign up new clients
  • Help match Caregivers to work with new clients, go over plans of care with CG's, introduce them to new clients and provide ongoing general support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure proper care plans are implemented and quality assurance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Monitor client progress and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide exceptional support to clients and caregivers
  • Help market our company and services to the community
  • Be part of the on-call rotation that takes after-hour calls, typically 1 week per month
  • Use a variety of computer software and programs to create seamless communication among care coordinators, recruiters, and clients
  • Create efficient workflows between caregivers and clients introductions
Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in home care client services
  • Experience with in-home client assessment and building Care Plans
  • Lead Generation and sales experience for client intake
  • Strong attention to detail and the demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, manage time and multi-task
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, and a solid understanding of computers
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively over the phone, and email
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • This position requires driving to the client's home so you need a reliable car, WA state DL, insurance, and clean driving history (no major violations in last several years)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Previous Caregiving (HCA and/or CNA) experience
  • Private In-Home care Administrative experience

We offer a competitive hourly range of $27-$37/hour based on experience, additional on-call compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, paid sick time, 401k match, and continuing education credits (HCA & CNA).
