VSP Vision is committed to delivering top-notch customer service and support to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering patient calls, listening to their concerns, and assisting with scheduling appointments.

In this role, you will be required to manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner, follow company call guidelines when handling different types of calls, and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients. Responsibilities also include verifying patient insurance and benefits while on the line, scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, and confirming patient appointments, as well as notifying the Patient Contact Center Supervisor of any issues or technical problems that may arise.

To excel in this position, you will need one to two years of administrative experience, preferably with at least one year of providing administrative support. You should have demonstrated ability to successfully perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and possess working knowledge of MS Office packages.

We offer an estimated salary range of $13.50 to $15.50 per hour, depending on experience and location, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, free vision care insurance, and discounts on eyewear, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
