Job Summary
Healthy Home of Allergy & Indoor Air is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to contact existing and potential customers for appointments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields and be able to build rapport with clients. This is a lucrative position offering a salary of approximately $60,000 per year. Key Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, documenting and updating customer records, and developing a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

We are an established company with over 40 years of experience. We have a large database of customers who have our Air and Water products and are looking for a select individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and a positive and professional demeanor. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable using technology to document and update customer records.
