Job Description:Sales and Business DevelopmentWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in selling renewable energy solutions to high-profile clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in the renewable energy sector. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Sell renewable energy solutions to high-profile clients
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Pursue new business opportunities
- Closing deals and meeting sales targets
You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your goal will be to increase revenue and expand our market share in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record of success in selling complex products or services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus structure tied to your performance and a comprehensive benefits package.
