Job Description

360 Talent Avenue is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives and contribute to the company's expansion on the West Coast.

This role offers the chance to develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share in the manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales growth targets, with a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.

Bilingual in Spanish is required, and the ability to travel 75% of the time to meet with prospective and current clients across the US, with some international travel to drive global sales opportunities.

As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading B2B sales strategies focused on selling manufacturing components to industrial and corporate clients.
  • Driving new business development by identifying and pursuing potential B2B clients in manufacturing and related industries.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued growth within their portfolios.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop long-term strategic business goals and contribute to overall company growth.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales growth targets.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and isn't just focused on short-term sales.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and clients.
