Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to partner with our Operations teams in multiple markets to drive measurable results that benefit our business. The ideal candidate will have existing carrier and fiber relationships with the soft and hard cost deployment teams delivering services to the local markets. This individual should be able to effectively articulate our sales approach to expand our services offering, strengthen client relationships, and provide continuity from our team to the deployment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
  • Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
  • Track all business-related activities in a company-wide CRM
  • Attend industry-related events and mixers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Established carrier relationships
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
  • Strong knowledge in the carrier offerings, deployment methods, and leaders
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing client events, dinners, and other client-related venues
  • Experience in managing sales or marketing posts for social media
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
