Strategic Business Development Manager

360 Talent Avenue is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our client's dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead B2B sales initiatives and contribute to the company's expansion on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share in the manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued growth within their portfolios.
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Travel 75% of the time to meet with prospective and current clients across the US, with some international travel to drive global sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term strategic business goals and contribute to overall company growth.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales growth targets.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and isn't just focused on short-term sales.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and clients.
