Job Overview

We are currently looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This position is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring operational efficiency.

Location: On-site position in a dynamic work environment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, first shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Uphold a culture of safety by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute tasks with precision and timeliness to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts, manage inventory records, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Documentation: Accurately process inventory transactions and maintain thorough records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in process improvement initiatives and contribute to team discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with inventory management systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to communicate and interact with team members.
  • Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:

  • Typically operates in a noisy manufacturing setting.
