Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble coil units using single- and dual-tip oxy-fuel torches, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to specifications.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and dimensional drawings to ensure accurate assembly and quality control.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, including oxy-fuel torches and regulators, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the larger plant assembly team to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Six (6) months of related experience in brazing/welding using single- and dual-tip oxy-fuel torches.
  • Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints and dimensional drawings, and understanding of measurement equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand and walk up to 50% of the time, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions

The Brazer - Coil Manufacturing Specialist works in a normal construction environment with standard hazards associated with installed HVAC equipment and rotating equipment.
