Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at Oliver Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that values customer satisfaction and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal departments, including Sales, Quality, and Operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and drive overall client satisfaction.
- Provide training and leadership to the client services team.
- Aid the Sales department with a customer-centric approach to meet customer specifications.
We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and a passion for building relationships. The ideal candidate will have:
- A thorough knowledge of printing and packaging techniques.
- An Associate's degree or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Seven to ten years of experience in customer service or a similar environment in the printing/packaging industry.
- Two to three years of management experience or a combination of management experience and training programs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
