We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Wealth Management team in Cleveland. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our client-facing team with various activities, including client onboarding, paperwork preparation, and relationship development with custodians.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client onboarding, including client agreements, account opening, and transfers
  • Prepare custodian and firm paperwork for client signature
  • Develop working relationships with custodians to achieve our operational goals
  • Manage and administer the quarterly client reporting process
  • Manage and update client information, as needed, in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Support advisors and associate advisors by organizing and preparing needed meeting and marketing materials
  • Proactively interact with clients and assist in creating a spectacular client experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Team player who welcomes feedback with the goal of continuous improvement
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills
  • Attitude that no task is too small and a willingness to do whatever tasks are necessary to make sure that the work is done on time
  • Proficiency in technology/applications a must
  • 0-5 years experience in financial services preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
