Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist is a key role in our company, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position requires a high level of customer service skills, with a focus on providing prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients.
This role involves working closely with the sales team to manage new and renewal business, and providing support to team members in managing their client relationships.
This position operates in a hybrid work environment, with a mix of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
In This Role, You Will Execute On:
- Managing a small book of business and providing support to the sales team
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Mastering and executing servicing/processing tasks, such as issuing certificates of insurance
- Producing accurate and thorough documents using Word and Excel
- Assisting in the facilitation of the Client Engagement Strategy

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong customer service background. The ideal candidate will have a valid Ohio insurance license and 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
