About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at Oliver Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that values customer satisfaction and employee growth.

As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality services. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and support our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide feedback to internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Lead and train the client services team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to provide customer-centric solutions.
  • Manage accounts independently or with team support.
  • Grow existing accounts to increase business share.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A thorough knowledge of printing and packaging techniques.
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent is preferred; Bachelor's degree is optimal.
  • Seven to ten years' experience in customer service or a similar environment in the printing/packaging industry.
  • Two to three years of management experience or a combination of management experience and training programs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
